"I worked there before the takeover by UBS. The company was managed from Switzerland, understaffed in the US with tremendous pressure to produce projects with unrealistic budgets and schedules at the expense of personal obligations and priorities."

"Everything, the people at Loan By Phone were like a second family, management was friendly, supportive, intelligent, very well organized. And there was plenty of overtime available, I loved being able to volunteer for an extra 2 hours almost everyday - really helped pay the bills and earn additional commissions."

What don't you like about working at Union Bank?
"I loved everything, I only left because I moved back to NYC after a divorce. If I had stayed in CA, I would have never left. It was my all time favorite employer, and the people at Loan By Phone (everyone - coworker and management) were friendly, down to earth, intelligent, hard working. It was the only job that I've had where I looked forward to going to work everyday."

"What I like about working there is helping/assisting Members with their accounts, loans, etc. I like helping them build their nest egg. It's great meeting a lot of people and building professional relationships with them. I also really enjoy being a Branch Manager. I enjoy the responsibility, the stress, and the everyday goings on."

"Like any place that you interview, you have to do your research about the company. You have to know the job in which you're applying. You should have documentation to support your claims (if you've received commendations, awards, etc). Finally, put your best foot forward and do your best to get the job!"

"What I least like about working at SECU is the lack of support from Upper Management. There was hardly any, especially when I needed it!"
