The organization is very ethical and has avoided the pitfalls that most other banks were guilty of during the sub-prime era. Also, the organization still offers a pension. "Management really made stupid decisions, spending millions on projects not needed, while nickel and diming employees on salaries and raises. Bonuses were a joke at the discretion of the manager who rewarded who he liked versus who really deserved bonuses."
