"In the last few years I was there the bank was going through many changes. It appeared to have lost its direction."

"Communication is key. It is very important to have a clear idea of what the company's goals are and communicate them to all staff."

"The staff was rude and lack of self control with the help of HR. Making my job very hard to control the work place."

"HR needs to work closer with the managers so every one is on the same page with goals and staff support."

"What I like about working there is helping/assisting Members with their accounts, loans, etc. I like helping them build their nest egg. It's great meeting a lot of people and building professional relationships with them. I also really enjoy being a Branch Manager. I enjoy the responsibility, the stress, and the everyday goings on."

"Like any place that you interview, you have to do your research about the company. You have to know the job in which you're applying. You should have documentation to support your claims (if you've received commendations, awards, etc). Finally, put your best foot forward and do your best to get the job!"

What don't you like about working at Union Bank?

"What I least like about working at SECU is the lack of support from Upper Management. There was hardly any, especially when I needed it!"

"Please give your employees the support they need. Also, please give them the time to talk and express their feelings about things."
