"I have worked for Toll Brothers for over 5 years and have found it a pleasant company to work for. I was hired in December of 2015, started in February 2016. In January 2019, I was promoted to Customer Care Manager for the Massachusetts Division. I was recently asked to take over for a CM that left the company and remain responsible for the Warranty Division."
"I have worked for a homebuilder and love to do my job and do it well. I’ll show up with a good attitude and have a get it done mentality."

"While disappointed in being laid off, I loved my time with Toll Brothers. During my tenure was given many opportunities to excel and loved working with the teams I was a part of or had the opportunity to build. I would recommend Toll to anyone looking to start their career."

"I’ve worked for Toll brothers luxury home builders in Reno since November 2018. I’m searching for new employment due to relocating to Merced California to be closer to my family. Toll brothers, it’s an amazing company to work for, you get treated like family and not just like one of many employees. The company is very flexible and supportive of personal issues and professional issues."
"Toll Brothers is the leading luxury home builder in the United States. It is an industry leader and has a brand that is unparalleled in the production home building industry."
"The team handles everything that pertains to the Toll infrastructure; operations, implementation, and design. While this presents a great opportunity for learning, there are just a tiny number of resources that are responsible for a rather large network. This consists of NOC duties, client incident tickets, turn-ups of WAN circuits, design and configuration of the MPLS network, and even video conferencing. In addition, management is abusive and very controlling; assignments and procedures are dictated. Frequent updates on progress are also required, and there is a good deal of focus on minutiae which creates great inefficiencies. Culture is still very old-fashioned; ITIL has not been implemented, and there is no steering committee in place. Changes to the infrastructure are solely made by the manager and decisions are often made verbally and impulsively, with little or any input from subordinates. Very little transparency; management is very secretive and underhanded. A good deal of in-group favoritism in place. Those that are part of the in-group are secretly invited to key meetings and are assigned to more interesting projects, while members of the out group are perceived to be inferior, given mundane assignments, and therefore marginalized. The environment is cutthroat and has little empathy for their employees. Expect to put in long hours."
"Not a bad place to work, but you must be a conformist."

"What can you suggest They are successful at what they do, they pay well, and if you are happy, why change."
