"You can be temping there for too long with no job security. Other than that it's a very decent place to work for."

"Accounts were reassigned every quarter. That became frustrating, because just as we would clean up an account it would be moved to another sales group."

"None. Understanding the pressures put on them from a global merger, I could not ask them to do more than they did."

"The merger, the layoffs, the 'not knowing'..."

"HR needs to take a stronger role in folding in the former Thomson Corp folks that made this company what it is. They lost a lot of talent during the merger."

"Don't interview with TF unless you really need a job and can leave once you find something better."

"Upper management backstabbed many of the senior staff so they could replace them with cheaper (H1B visa) workers. Many competent senior staff members were put on probation to coerce them to resign. If they did not resign, TF later had justification for terminating them."

"The NY office needs to come in and get rid of certain managers at the Rockville office."
