"The work environment was great. There was always something that needed to be done and there were always things that could be learned. There was no down time. The management cared a great deal about the employees and did their best to make sure the workplace was safe and comfortable for everyone."

"Be ready to work hard. There is always something that needs to be done. Be open to learning new things and working outside of your normal job duties. There is much cross training here and it pays off."
What don't you like about working at Thomson Reuters?
"There was a lot of politics played by many of the management. There was always an angle and most of them could be heard complaining in the open where anyone could hear about issues they had with other managers and other employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on watching who is around before you start talking about things that should not be out for everyone to hear. If there is an issue with another manager you should take it up with your boss or work it out with the person in question. You should not be complaining about people and saying negative things where everyone can hear you."
