"I worked for this company for only about 6 months. Although it paid well and had amazing benefits, it treated its employees horrifically. The time line and work expectations were unreasonable and not adjusted for store size, location, or business. A store that had one third of the square footage and a quarter of the business as another store would have the same or similar hours to conduct business as the bigger store. There was a large turnover management creating inconsistent expectations."
