Corporate needs to actually work in a store and then come up with solutions to the workload and shipment problems. There needs to be more flexibility in scheduling. Respect the employees for all they do - actions speak louder than words.

Fix the amount of shipment coming into a store. Respect the managers for all they put up with - workload and customers. Corporate needs to work in a store to actually see the problems and then go back and actually fix them.

1.9 Get systems in place across the board and follow them. Corporate needs to look into the product flow and re-evaluate. Outlets are overwhelmed with shipment and much of it doesn't get sold until it is very cheap due to delays in receiving from the processing center. Many senior managers need to re-evaluate how they treat associates.
