"The atmosphere with coworkers, the learning experience and my costumers."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to work on acquiring a better way to manage all the accounts they have and the reps they have for them. It was hard to visit accounts when so many initiatives where being deliver, not allowing us some time to concentrate on key issues that needed more care. This was due to the initiatives time sensitive."
