"Be yourself, be honest, open and direct with answers. Management is all very competent but reasonable people, they will respect honesty."
What don't you like about working at Braintree Laboratories?
"No management turnover means very little upward opportunity here. The good news is, no one leaves. The bad news is, no one leaves!!"

"More open communication about state of product pipeline, distribution issues, etc. At times the company has taken a vow of silence on issues that deeply concern the sales force."

"They have a monopoly at this time, as being the only nation wide company at what they do, having this power they have forgotten to take care of their own people and their customer service has fallen way down, due to they are only one who can offer their service nationally."

"Take better care of the field personel, they are the frontline of the business and management is too big, like the federal goverment, too many cheifs, not enough braves."
