"I worked for them for 2 years, and liked some of it, though it is not the job for me. It's an easy enough job, and if you work there enough you can move up. For those either in the phone support industry or looking for a part time job, or a temp job this is a nice fit. Just make sure you're on time and can handle a semi-strict schedule. Though they do offer part time."

"The rating that was done by the customers per you could get the wrong rating depending on how many times the customer emailed in. May rate you based on someone elses performance."

"Just go along with what they say, they try to sugar-coat the job description, stay positive and DON'T ask questions about salary or promotion...they skirt away from that until you are actually given an offer."

"Hours and management staff...especially the coaching staff! Treated me with no respect (I am partially disabled), wanted EVERYTHING in the book to be done THEIR way and no way of ad-libbing or trying to make the customer happy. Tried to explain my issue with not being able to go the doctor when needed for my pain, but they insisted it would count as an occurance! Very unfair!"

"LIGHTEN UP!!! And re-hire those who may have had illness or transportation issues...they could have been rectified by now."

"Be aware that they reserve the right and will change your schedule often and will not be concerned about such mundane things as how you juggle your childcare needs."

"Changing everyone's schedules around when it is unnecessary. The lack of career advancement opportunities.Management making the job more stressful than it needs to be."

"Happy employees make for a job well done. Employees are not going to do better if you constantly change things such as schedules and moving seats around constantly."

"Only go for this job if you can handle people that are upset, because you will hear it all day."

"I heard nothing but complaints from customers about Sprint together with Nextel's bad service. Be prepared to hear people complain at this job."

"Try to get Sprint and Nextel to treat the customers a little less as a payer and more as a client in this economy."
