"It was inside a mall so it can get busy and crowded at times."

"Do a better job at screening applicants so as not to sacrifice employee/work quality."

"I enjoyed the challenges, the people I worked with and the great customers. TeleTech treated their employees well and they were very concerned about taking care of the customer, I liked that."

"Be bold, show a sincere interest in taking care of the customer and be willing to take risks to do that."

What don't you like about working at TeleTech?

"They occasionally had issues with their technology and that made work difficult, but they were always trying to improve."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, continue doing what you're doing"

"I worked for them for 2 years, and liked some of it, though it is not the job for me. It's an easy enough job, and if you work there enough you can move up. For those either in the phone support industry or looking for a part time job, or a temp job this is a nice fit. Just make sure you're on time and can handle a semi-strict schedule. Though they do offer part time."
