"I worked for Teleperformance for 8 months. It is call center work and I was an iOS or iPhone Tech support. It was an enjoyable job, the only problem I had was the regulation of the temperature in the room we were in was poor and most everybody was always freezing."
"Teleperformance didn't shy around the type of workplace it was; that is a turn-style with a chair and computer, but they always claimed there was room at the top for people who worked hard. Unfortunately that wasn't entirely true, those of us who worked diligently and took on special projects and responsibility were rarely offered promotion as it seemed a buddy system was the only way to get there. Technical knowledge and multi-talented, career focused individuals are not welcomed here."
"I worked for TP for 6 years and the company just does not reward their employees for education! I got my bachelor's degree and only got a 50 cent raise. I could not make enough working for them to pay back my student loans!"
"I worked here for a few months, and was moved to the Tier 2 position ahead of schedule. I was told it would be a more technical position; it was not. What that position mostly took care of was retention because someone else was not doing their job.Not an entirely terrible survival job."
"Great company, great staff and management. Terrible pay for new employees and not much room to move from agent to corporate."
"Teleperformance is an excellent company to begin a career with information technology."
"Poor management, very micromanaged. I don't know where they picked up their supervisors and managers, but those should require a degree or at least a certification in business management. The pay is poor for the quality of the work. You can work there for a very long time and still not get a raise, even though they promise you in the interviews there is opportunities for raises and promotions. Many people working there lack education big time. High turnover."
"Did not have the proper tools and guidance to learn and grow."
"Great company to work for entry level employees, however don't overstay."
"No way to be promoted unless you know someone. The management is very deceptive."
"A good company to start your career."
"Teleperformance is a great company to work for. A lot of positive people, a great atmosphere to be in, and a lot of opportunities for growth in the career. It is a fast-paced environment and very professional. The management is great and is very passionate about their employees. I recommend this job to anyone."
"Poorly designed training curriculum. Favoritism with management members promoting their friends. More violations of their client's policies then I can count."
"I am currently in my last week of the training class and, I must say the training is set up very poorly. The entire facility is ran as more of a game rather than an actual business and, when people make mistakes they just write it off, thus there are no consequences for anything anybody does. Also a lot of the agents on the call floor have no idea what they are even talking about and, half of the time they give out the wrong information and, are also very rude to members. Teleperformance does give you 40 hours a week and, it's alright money. I guess the problem is that the place hires any degenerate who breathes the breath of life and, therefore the whole company suffers as a result. The company needs a solid structure, better training and, it needs to hire decent human beings instead of the undesirables. In short teleperformance gets a 5 out of 10 from me. It's a decent place if you need a job in between jobs, however it's no career considering the current business model they are following."
"No ethics and no upper management take responsibility, will not work with someone who has a disability with a doctors note. Will not be honest with what the job description is. Treatment of employees was disrespectful, and disgusting. If you want to have all your rights, including having your personal property and medications taken away and be treated like inmate in prison, I would not recommend this job to anyone. Unless you want to be dealing with disrespect along with being lied to. Absolutely horrible experience with teleperformance."
