"I am a control freak. :) And I love writing code that controls devices, actuators and other things I haven't even thought of yet with the push of a button. I love creating the choreography between sensors, algorithms, actuators and humans. I love to see people use my systems and feel the delight and satisfaction they feel when a machine does their bidding. It's cool stuff."

"Prove to them that you are expandable and a willing employee :)"

"You are just a number. Very expensive healthcare with not so good benefit on the medical. There is no upper management support."
