"Negotiate your pay, if they say they will give you a raise after a certain amount of time it's pretty much a lie as it will be lost in a sea of bureaucracy as your work load and responsibilities increase."

"No upward movement with in the organization for hard workers. Criticism of SCAD will result in the company making life more difficult for you."

"I wouldn't hire family members to assist with running the corporation and show more forethought in huge expenditures."

"make it clear your capabilities, that way there are no surprises for yourself or your employer down the road. Honesty IS the best policy. This should be the case with every interview tho."

"It can be difficult to get answers to simple questions, such as where can I locate some tape or a hammer, as the people who have the answers are usually away at another job site. Nothing serious at all lol."

"Its probably to soon soon to tell, but perhaps I would spend just a little bit more time getting the new employees orientated."

"The people are intelligent and good to work with but very demanding."

"There are little to no opportunities to grow at Paypal. Upper management strives to grow their people but lower managers don't want anything to do with growing their people."

"Immediate manager wants to know everything we are doing at all times and at all hours. We have to update given tasks daily and he gets peeved if we don't update him."

"I don't know, the company is so large that it is not possible to effect change on the low levels."
