"It should go without saying, but be honest on your resume. I saw applicants get hired then get fired shortly afterward due to discovery of false information on their resumes."

"low morale and high stress made a difficult work environment"

"If you aren't willing to get into great shape and stay there, don't bother."

"The work environment was harsh, brutal, and everyone was expected to be a robot. I enlisted in the Army of One ideal, and I lived up to it. Frag being Army Strong."

"Physical Fitness isn't everything. Please consider the entire soldier before making decisions."

"Excellent tools and work environment, close to home, they encourage personal growth."

"be honest and maintain eye contact, short answers, do not try to be funny, just be yourself and if you have a question ASK!"

"Not much flexing of time management, not much flexibility of the management at that time, new management now."

"unknown, there is a completely new management structure, and those people give great support."

What do you like about working at ITAgility?
"I'm working with servers that are in Joyents Cloud environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No, I don't. They are using contractors to perform the work and it seems to be working out for them this way."
What don't you like about working at ITAgility?
"It's a small part time job. I monitor their servers and keep them updated but don't actually create the server builds."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's a fairly young, small company and they seems to be doing it right, most of their work is contracted out."
What do you like about working at AT&T?
"I work at the research branch of AT&T Labs, where the atmosphere is generally relaxed and focused on R&D (as opposed to corporate red tape)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is extremely difficult to transition from contractor to employee status. Most of the real development is done by contractors, with occasionally insightful architecture diagrams drifting down from a handful of employee developers. Projects are guarded jealously, so lateral transitions are also difficult to arrange."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"AT&T is far too big for its own good. Corporate policies are usually tedious in the best case and more often disastrous. Thankfully, since we are Research, we rarely have to deal directly with these issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep your nose out of matters you don't understand and leave us to our work. Decrease meeting frequency and institute a requirement that all upper-level employees must hold advanced degrees in an engineering discipline."

"There's a definite feeling of trust between most of the departments."

"Be honest with your abilities and knowledge and they'll receive you much better."

"The opportunity for growth of position (at least in IT) is limited unless you live around the Corporate Office in NC."

"Trust in your employees to do more instead of restricting them."

"Be honest, and be yourself. Their interview process now goes through multiple review steps."

"Salary structure. Sometimes the best solution wasn't the solution chosen, because of cost."

"Allocate more money for IT, and IT salaries. That way they can afford to pay their top talent what they are worth."

"The technology was so far behind that the task was very easy"

"Upgrade your system so you can be competetive with other industries"

"Small place with some vision of growth. My co workers were fun. I had a lot of cleanup work to do."

"Be patient with this company. hopefully the owner will learn to let the people he hired to make decisions as intended"

"Seating arrangement was horrible. Owners personal feelings often overrided necessary changes to policy."

"Do and mean what you say. Treat all employees right and don't segregate the new from the old. Give everyone a decent place to work out of."

"I liked the fact that the president / owner had a vision of growth."

"Be patient with this company they still have a lot of growing to do."

"IT was last on the budget. Our seating arrangement was horrible. There was no room to think. President/owner had no trust or would override IT Decision with personal feeelings."

"I would suggest that the President / Owner listen to it IT Management and move forward with changes no matter how difficult they seem."

"The Linux administration and server resources were second to none. My experience level rose tremendously."

"HR diffiencies allowed friends working, some where not a proper fit fit for the company."

"Rockwell in Afghanistan is an ok company, but they pay at the low end, and the managers from the local to the regional are really quite terrible."

"Good luck with the job, counter offer their salary (they're desperate for people here)."

"The managers have absolutely no idea how their decisions affect morale, and they do not practice what they preach in regards to conduct."

"Do what you expect others to do. If you do not, we lose all respect for you."
