"The work schedule was last minute. We rarely get to work 40 hours."

"Be involved - but let the crew handle the details. Stop firing people for no reason. Don't hire people unless you have enough work for them."

"Great opportunities to teach incoming staff and to show ways to be successful in the workplace."

"Health Net Federal Services has one basic function and the management is built around that. You sit at your desk and work. Discussing new ideas and showing a vision for change in the future often will get you dismissed from an interview early."
What don't you like about working at Health Net?
"Management was stagnant. There is very little turnover and because the business model is financially dependent on the government, there is very little innovation. Politics are too prevalent in the workplace."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More turnover and fresh ideas need to exist. There is a resistance to new ideas and new uses for technology from within the company. Listen to your staff and even if their ideas can't be put into action, know there are probably words of wisdom that can be taken for other projects and improvements."

"Most of the time for this position there are no interviews."

"I don't like the fact that it is really hard to get sent out for work."

"I would suggest that management try to make it where everyone gets sent out the same amount of times rather than certain people being favored."

"My tips for interrviewing with this company is to know some background about the company, know your strenghts and weaknesses and always be honest and do not make up situations and do not speak negatively abouth a current or previous employer."

"If you are looking for a company to grow and value an employee as an individual, this is the place. There are room for advancements as well but limited to middle management."

"No exposure to the community. Very limited community involvement. I would like to see the company give back to the community in which it operates."

"I would suggest to upper management to be more invested in getting the company image out in the community by participating or sponsoring community events."

"Okay pay for the amount of work, great direct manager, have met good coworkers"

"Expect a long, hard fight if you are not ex/current military or a female. Don't hold your breath hoping for promotions/raises. Work hard, keep your mouth shut and respect your coworkers because anyone without a vagina who doesn't get fired will end up being your boss."

"Often extended night shift hours (12+) Can be unbearably boring, yet suddenly jump to high stress. Must have exceptional time management skills and ability to make decisions alone."

"Fire all office management immediately, follow through with employee standards, increase pay rates"

"After 23 years of service I lost my position for vacation it used to be how many years of service. Then it changed according to your title."

"Run away. Unless you need the money very badly. This place will dull your abilities by not allowing you to use them."

"This company is micromanaged and the employees are treated with no respect. Even management is looked down on. A lot of back stabbing and just a bad culture."

"Treat your employees like human beings and let your managers do what they are paid to do."
