"Be yourself and please don't say you understand something when you really don't. Don't be afraid to brag on yourself a little because if you know how to do it say so..."

"Our building was out of date and the design of our production station needed updated."

"We need more communication on issues that need addressed. Would like to see that they take our ideas in consideration that would help improve our production."

"Be very conservative in dress. I was once sent home because my tie wasn't conservative enough. It had a BotticellI painting on it."

"It was cold and dark and snowy in the winter (New Jersey)."

"None really. I think that if they were more innovative back when they were on top they wouldn't have been blindsided when the competition gave them run for their money years later. They were very comfortable after 100 years of being #1 and never dreamed they'd have competition."

"I had a wonderful boss and mentor that I looked up to that made work hard to be as creative and innovative as she was. She taught me the ins and outs of catering and customer service which I still refer to today."

"Try to introduce yourself to as many upper management employees as possible. This will give you a feel of the company's culture and give you an idea if it is the right fit for you."

"The location itself was poorly managed. There were lots of inappropriate managerial / employee relationships that got in the way of the rest of us getting the respect and attention we needed to better manage the facility."
