"The ability to at least treat the people I had control over with dignity and respect. Treat them as I would have liked to be treated. Although I could not give raises, actually give my staff a performance review yearly as no other manager did their job and reviews were a thing of the past as with raises. There are only 3 members of mgmt including the 2 shoddy owners running the company and about 12-15 techs left, this company employed 65 people 5 years ago! Stay away from Vitec!"

"There are times at NeuLion, where being a supervisor can be amazing and a terror at the same time. Live feeds drop out and we lose game time, others the games go smoothly with no issues at all. Instead of making the highlights for one game, I check everything for multiple games at one time."

"Because you work as a team, you need to know how to work well with others. It is often difficult to accomplish your own tasks if others are not accomplishing their own, and you are often forced to pick up slack. There are plenty of opportunities to work with those higher up and make connections outside with alumni."
