"Adapt or die! Hundreds of new startups in the Ad space have grown exponentially. Forget the Yellow Pages and focus online."

"If your in sales and producing well, your job will be relatively safe. All other positions, bets off."

"I did not like the constant state of 'flux' and uncertainty there - they are continuously downsizing and cutting head count"

"Have more compassion for your dedicated employees who have built the company on their sweat and hard work. Cut costs in other ways other then continually letting people go"

"Be yourself. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain. They conduct their interviews in a panel of four to six sales managers and also with the General Manager. Again, be yourself."

"I enjoyed everything about my experience at Verizon Yellow pages (now SuperMedia)"

"None. They already have a very strong Manager-Employee interaction program in place."
