"bad management, unfair distribution of leads and credit problem accounts, bad environment where sales reps are joking loudly, gambling online, taking too many days off unexused, coming in to work under influence of drugs."

"The tip is do not join the company but if you are desperate, watch your back from Managers, and reps who steal leads off your desk or go into your accounts when you have been dealing with client. Manager's do not defend the rules - no rules here."

What don't you like about working at SuperMedia?

"Lay off in moment's notice. No rhyme nor reason ot the decision of who stayed or who was layed off. There were people who had lower numbers than the those who lost their jobs, yet were permitted to stay. WICKED HIGH STRESS VOLUME."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get more experience, take management courses - should hire managers who understand the products or can learn quicker than the employees. Come to office more rather than work remotely. Be fair in dividing good accounts equitably. Very unfair practicies in distributing good or delinquent accounts."

"Due to the bankruptcy, the restructuring has created a discpilinary culture that keeps employees guessing if there will be a job for them tomorrow."

"Take a view from the balcony, and create new and positive ways of motivating the employees."

"It's employees are well trained,loyal and great friends.They have an awesome training program and trainers.They have great products and provide an invaluable service to many small and mid sized company's, especially new business."

"Hey they've filled for chapter 11. Lost 2/3 of their staff. They need new blood. But make sure they continue to focus on their on line products. The yellow pages are just fillers these days to most company's."

What don't you like about working at SuperMedia?

"They don't practise what they preach. They don't advertise. Makes it very hard for the sales teams to be successful.. Their billing practises are outdated and they try to make new products fit into old product modes."

"Think before you let your most talented and loyal leaders go."
