What do you like about working at Epstein?
"Mike Epstein is a great person to work for and made for an easy work environment."

"Be honest and open. Mike is a stand up employer and expects no less of his employees."

"At the time, I was hoping that the company would get larger projects."

"When I worked at Epstein Construction the pay rate was too low but that may have changed since."

"Last place I'd ever recommend anyone. Beware that when things go wrong, they'll blame you first!"

"Everything! Even their subcontractors complained about their dealings with Triumph."

"Either fire all of your managers or close the doors and start over."

"There was no control over the sub-contractors as far as oversite."

"Be Honest about your experience, When asked, I was forth coming about my lack of experience in any one area and they walked me through it."

"Sometimes we have to complete the jobs at night, 9:00 pm to 5:00 am."

"Review all of the subs, some are in over their heads with the work but were used because of a recomendetion from another."

"The industry was slow, and I didn't like having to work in multiple communities and shifting of areas."

"I would suggest improving the bonus program. Industry average salaries and bonus programs are much higher than Pulte's."
