"It is a fine company to work for however, be aware that it is a family business that offers no chance for advancement. Any professional updating will be done on your own nickel."

"The buy-out of the various trades was often incomplete which added extra work for the field superintendent"

"Provide bi-weekly meetings with your staff so that upcoming prioities can be properly addressed. Also provide continueing education for your staff whether it is health & Safety or Building Code changes."

"I am a read the drawings, come up with a valid game plan and get the work complete. I don't do well in the political game theater."

"Bid the job properly and listen to your field people on suggestions and help with them with problems in the field."
