"Run away fast unless your inexperienced and can suck up to incompetant PM's, but eventually you will see their true nature."

"The challenge. It was all very new to me and I had to do lots of research and studying, estimating, scheduling, managing, it was very demanding but I enjoyed it."

"Be prepared to where more than one hat there. They like people who take initiative and don't have to be told what to do."

"It was a little stressful at times, but that was about it."
