"I worked for Stryker for many years. The environment was tough but the expectations were not unrealistic. I would have remained with the company, for many more years, if I was not recently assigned a boss who micro-managed every aspect, of my job, and tried to pull me from my job duties to help others who were drastically lacking in their ability to do their jobs. Overall, I had a great experience that soured at the end due to negligence and unaccountable behavior from my coworkers."

"There can be a lack of direction/training and support when tasks are taken on."

"Communicate clearly to employees. Provide a clear expectation and any necessary training to meet those expectations."

"Management does not groom engineers. Engineers who are new to the company are throw into fire and learn on their own."

"It is very frustrating to be in a temporary position for such an extended period of time. I wish Human Resources had more resouces!"

"There are numerous management changes within the company. Not a lot of experience is gained before they take over departments."

"Stryker hires great people but the path for technical People is not financially promising."

"I would e less corporatey. The CEO seems like he's dreamed of being a CEO and now has to play the role. I would value a clear, fun, and open-minded leader instead of someone who's concerned about the market. I want to know his thoughts long-term."
