"Management does not groom engineers. Engineers who are new to the company are throw into fire and learn on their own."

"Culture is more like a cult where everyone on the surface is happy. The leadership are incredibly immoral and people in their roles seem to have very little actual experience."

"I would e less corporatey. The CEO seems like he's dreamed of being a CEO and now has to play the role. I would value a clear, fun, and open-minded leader instead of someone who's concerned about the market. I want to know his thoughts long-term."
