I would have remained with the company, for many more years, if I was not recently assigned a boss who micro-managed every aspect, of my job, and tried to pull me from my job duties to help others who were drastically lacking in their ability to do their jobs. Overall, I had a great experience that soured at the end due to negligence and unaccountable behavior from my coworkers."
