"Fast paced environment in the auto industry got to manage all shop duties, sales, profits, customer service, meeting new customers, driving new business for shop. Managing employees as well as rewarding outcomes as running the shop."
What do you like about working at Abercrombie & Fitch?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. Everyone seemed to have a great outlook and attitude with one another and for the company. We were paid on time and had full benefits. The change of scene was always changing, new managers and co workers."
What don't you like about working at Abercrombie & Fitch?
"I didnt like th glass ceiling that came along with the job. I felt like the better you did while moving up within the island, the more they didnt want to see you go. Once I had moved all the way up and was ready for the next step, I feel as though I was getting the run around on when and where the next step would be and after a year and a half of that with the same responses, I had to move on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe management needs to really keep a great relationship with there employees, listen to them, coach them, keep all lines of communications open and be honest. Honestly without demand is a great virtue to own."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Subway is a great and fun place to work. Great opportunity for a customer service enviornment."
What do you like about working at Chronic Tacos?
"I enjoyed being the manager and taking control of the shop. My employees where awesome in helping me with my job and keeping our customers happy."
What don't you like about working at Chronic Tacos?
"I did not enjoy how we were treated. Low pay, no bonuses, or benefits were offered to any of the employees including me, the manager."

"Lots to do keeps you busy and time moving quickly. Lots of responsibilities keeps things from getting overly mundane."

"Be as professional as possible during the interview."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"Absolutely no support from management, also no labor hours to run the store. Field management is corrupt and could care less."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up! Your people are being setup for failure with not enough resources and not enough to do. Field management is hypocritical and corrupt."

"I love the managerial type of work that I do , and the results of my activity which placed my designated store ahead of every other store in the Country."

"To prove that they can think consistently inside the box , by following the designated rules and procedures , before they will want to change the core , the facade of the business."
