What do you like about working at CVS?
"While Sav-on was an independent company before their buy out, they treated the employees like they meant something and cared for them liked they mattered and it showed in their customers and sales profits."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open and honest no matter what you may think is bad. Dress for the job you want to achieve and be realistic in your needs and wants at some point."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"When another company bought them out they tried to change the way that business was being done and they found out that california is way different than it is on the east coast business wise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For any company no matter how small or large please do your homework when it comes to business trends. Not all states are the same, your employees are the best knowledge you can get for free. If asked, any employee will tell you what you need to know; as managers sometimes we forget that they live it daily and are our customers too."
What do you like about working at Mervyns?
"Great products, clean stores, good company outlook. Good people - both customers and employees. Consistent leadership."
What don't you like about working at Mervyns?
"The biggest challenge I faced was adapting the Mervyn's Corporate Stores to operate using the Target Corporation logistics systems. We were successful but it was extremely challenging."
What do you like about working at Restoration Hardware?
"Was good in the beginning, then the company was going under and was bought out by a private investor so they changed a lot of things."

"The people."

"Be sure you know the company, thoroughly. Get to know people in the area you will be working."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"The lack of support."

"Ensure you have support"

"Ask questions. There is no such thing as a incompetent question. It is only incompetent when you show no initiative to learn."
What do you like about working at Samsonite?
"The team staff, we are like a family and we all work as a team and the communications we have."
What don't you like about working at Samsonite?
"The budgeted hours is a little challenge, cause my staff wanted more hours but we were all creative and somehow worked it out."

"Always get your staff involve to make the job fun and the staff feels like they are part of the team."

"I love to be able to talk to corporate and my district manager. It's an excellent company to work for."
What don't you like about working at ICONIX?
"Nothing to really not like, London Fog has a great quality and know how to treat their employees."
