"Don't compare to ROSS, or Marshall's... this may be an off price retailer, but they are managing it as a department store... be very honest, and open, and know NUMBERS!!!"

"Inconsistency in policy and procedure, company is going through a restructuring stage, and always is coming up with new and different ways of doing things, very inconsistent."

"More consistency in policy and procedure. don't change the same policy several times within the same month."

"I worked for Burlington Coat Factory for 14 years, I liked that the company was changing and developing new ways to be more accurate in the operations end of the company. Also I liked that they sold great merchandise at affordable prices."

"To be able to accept change and to stay positive."
What don't you like about working at Burlington Coat Factory?
"I would have like to see buyers, allocators move merchandise that did not sell in the store through markdowns, transfers. This stopped the flow to stores of new fresh merchandise that was need to increase sales."

"To listen more to the management at the store level."
