State Farm's hours of operations takes up all your time and takes you away from your family. They are trying to make people work on Sundays - they already have a Saturday shift. There is no work, life balance at this place."

Claim satisfaction rankings have plummeted. From top 5 in JD Powers to #21. Working here is a nightmare - the place is a sweatshop. It's all micro management and metrics - set impossible goals, whip the employees daily and tell them how poorly they are doing. If you see a positive rating in claims - it's a lie. The place is pure hell."
