"After working for State Farm Insurance for 25 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this very financially stable company. No corporation is perfect, as there will always be employee complaints. That being said, I choose to focus on the good of a company versus trending down that path. I'm thankful for a great 25 years, as the company taught me life lessons personally and professionally. I wouldn't trade it for anything."

The last 3 years I've been yanked from job to job comic given very little training and I'm expected to spend six to seven days working because this company failed to adequately plan properly for their staffing needs. I am micromanaged from the minute I walk in. They're new eom model is great for factory workers but they are trying to implement in an environment that wants to stay in with the type of work that there is to do."
