What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"The team has reorganized at least 4 times in the past 2 years. During the last re-org, my job was eliminated. The company found me a new job working for one of the hiring managers I've supported over the past 3 years, but the job requires that I relocate to Orlando, FL. I was also a contractor for 4 1/2 years. Although the pay was excellent, I would have liked benefits."

"If they could have made me a full-time employee working from California, I would not be looking for a new job right now."

"Siemens is a Global leader in Healthcare Diagnostics. I was able to travel to many countries implementing state of the art middleware that integrated clinical laboratory and hospital information systems."

"Minimal cross-product support and team interaction. Given the diverse portfolio, Siemens still lacks the cross-product support structure for middleware products."

"Develop interactive team building forum for cross-product implementations. Management needs to be more proactive in compiling the needs for support of products aquired through recent business aquisitions."

"slow-paced, long release cycles (1+years), slow-to upgrade & changes, too much office politics"

"Reduce office politics. QA: Product Quality depends not only on tests, but also on developers. Micromanagement is not a good option. Teamwork for everything. Promote professionalism."
