"No particular tips except just be yourself. There are many divisions and office all around the world and each is going to have their own quirks."

"As is most large companies, the pace became very slow and approvals took a long time when the many divisions began to come together into a single large global organization."

"Continue the consolidation of the many different divisions especially those that overlap and compete against each other."

"I liked the work we did, it was pretty cutting edge."

"Actually interviewing was pretty easy, it was mostly technical in nature."
What don't you like about working at KIT digital?
"The management was unbearable, they had no idea what we were doing and had unrealistic goals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the guys in the trenches, they are the ones actually doing the work."

"Cerner is a very profitable company, but it is at the expense of the employees."
What do you like about working at Cerner?
"Cerner is a technology company so I was able to see how a technology company is ran. They also have a nice gym and great community of employees."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be yourself. Be honest in your responses to their questions."
What don't you like about working at Cerner?
"The amount of hours you have to work. They encourage 60+ hour work weeks with no incentive to do so. They are also trying to send most of the technical jobs to India."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allocate more funds to the actual solution and less to sales."

"MedAssets provides a challenging environement that is constantly changing and the potential for the cool toys is very high."

"Until the mess that is IT cleans up I would steer clear."
What don't you like about working at MedAssets?
"There is no strong management, for IT, from the director level or above which causes the complaints to fall on deaf ears and mistakes to be repeated over and over."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start trusting in the work being performed by the people who report up to you. If you continue to undermine your staff by bringing in contractors and vendors to tell you exactly what your staff has been saying all along you will no have a knowledgable staff for very long."

"(Instinet) The nepotism, people in key positions that were not qualified,"

"Instinet was completely bought out by Reuters. I'm sure that the loop holes were filled by now."

"Working with government representatives, agencies, polygraphs. Temporary contracts put you in the job market."

"I liked the customer we worked with as they are our American Veterans."

"Ask the interviewer how long the opportunity is funded for."

"The General and Administrative Staff was disconnected from the working staff earning the company profits."

"Provide better support services internally to those supporting the customer allowing them to provide higher quality products."

"It has great means of reaching out within the company to find others with skill sets you need or desire to know more about. The company's leaders have vision and are well qualifeid. The compensation is above average."

"Integrity issues-- advertising work style one way, expecting something else. Have friends who work there who have had management be dishonest. Going public has had an impact on the company."

"Respect your employees and have integrity-- they are smart people, they'll know they aren't being given the full story or even the correct one."

"Debugging and validating the Storage controllers with the help of analyzers, logs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company as a whole has good ethics, especially my Senior Manager(Erik Paulsen), is an awesome person to work with. For anyone who loves to troubleshoot, I would say have/start a career as a systems engineer as it provides you a whole picture of how the system works. Then you can specialize in specific field of systems engineering."
What don't you like about working at LSI Corp.?
"Scope of work. Like to be involved in Hardware roles. Like trouble shooting/designing electronic circuits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A plan on how an employee can reach to his aspirations. Like mentioning what he lacks for the role he seeks. Management should never hire a person, just because he/she did internship and they had to hire one of the interns. If the candidate is not promising then I feel, the management should let the position be vacant.Strictly no room for friendships and hiring past friends into group. Only if the candidate is deemed to be fit by fellow members of the group, should he/she be hired.Management should never promote a person in a group to the managerial level, just because the previous manager had left. He/She could be a lead until a new manager fills the position."

"If some one work in remote area and have no visibility from their manager it would be hard to be appreciated."

"It was a contract position in another companies and another state."

"I never met my company manager. I worked with the managers of ATK and I was very happy with them."

"I mostly enjoyed the work and the scope of projects, including interoperability standards."

"It is best to integrate socially as well as professionaly. Those who stay in the headend division were most often part of General Instruments."

"At this time I am not with Motorola due to downsizing related to the Google aquisition and changes in the Verizon FiOS project."

"Stay abreast of current market trends and phase out legacy technologies in step with demand."

"Interesting work. Pay is pretty good. Bonuses at the end of the year if the business is doing well."

"Don't believe everything you hear. Compare notes from different people you talk to."

"Being micromanaged. Being forced to work OT due to unreasonable schedules."

"Too many managers. Too much beauracracy. Too much micromanagement. Roles and responsibilities of groups not clearly defined."
