"LinQuest is in the government consulting business. Candidates need to have system knowledge, especially in the areas of Military Satcom."

"Federal budgeting fluctuation that might lead to lay offs from time to time"

"Most of the time employees work directly with the clients and the management may not have full awareness of the employees' contributions and capabilities. A tighter communications between employees and managements would be desirable."

"This company had poor leadership, with respect to managing expenses and targeting acquisitions."

"That's easy now. Stop paying too much for companies providing you with new technologies and markets."

"Not really. Ensure you are dressed in a manner that conveys professionalism."

"Lack of growth opportunity, although that was not a concern of mine."

"General; not specific to my own previous management. Trust the skills and decisions of your employees. Counsel when required, but ensure that training is provided to improve any areas that require refining."

"The people and the technology are great. I also like management leadership and vision."

"It's a great place to work and the people are extremely friendly and it's a fun place to work."

"The location and the communicate are not always the best. But, most days it's worth it."

"Currently, the company does not allow telecommuting and I believe that would be a great change, to offer that option."

"Micro Management. Cutting corners to save budget only to find out the hard way in the field and/or aboard ship at sea during deployment"

"I worked on site with the FBI so I really didn't work with BAE Systems. It was more like I worked for the FBI. The FBI is an incredible place to work. Loved it!!"

"Working for the government requires a spotless background, so make sure you are honest about any criminal history you may have."

"No suggestions. The management was top notch and really on the ball!"

"The company went bankrupt and sold to another company and we lost our jobs after 6 months."

"More one on one time to discuss projects and other issues."

"The company has a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. However everyone is very professional but easy to get along with. The company offers a lot of fun events such as chilI cookoffs and baseball games."

"Show that you are a people person and that you get along well with others. Leave your attitude at the door because that will not work for you here. Show your willingness to help and go above and beyond to get the job done."

"I can't think of anything I don't like about it, except for the uncertainty that was brought upon by the merger. Otherwise, it's an awesome place to work!"

"Offer more one on one time. We do not get together enough just to talk about the job and other things that are going on."

"The camaraderie of the workers. The first two years were perfect. I developed and rewrote programs in a structured, maintainable manner."

"Expect minimal or no training. Indian owned company where the lead programmer is in India and the hour difference makes it difficult to communicate."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"The lack of training for systems and tools needed. When you do good, you are assigned and put on call without much training to systems located in India or Arizona. The hours are incredibly long since the lead is located in India."

"Give the employees the proper tools for unfamiliar systems. Proper training employees should be seen as an investment to avoid difficulties in solving problem areas."
