"Look at the people you have working for you now and treat us better . They bring in new people at premium salerys but once inside, you tend to forget us for raises."

"I enjoy my role as a Team Lead and Sr Systems Engineer. In my role I am the SME for Storage technologies and the backup SME for VMware."

"No, 7-Eleven is a great company to work for, with a storied history, and many long-term employee's."

What don't you like about working at 7-Eleven?

"The daily commute is a little too far, and the company tends to drag their feet on replacing some aging processes and technology."

"Find creative ways to promote employees within their respective areas, and do more research on current IT industry standards to avoid stagnation."

"Leader in the telecommunication industry. Always investing on innovating new products."

"Too much process. Too many overhead, project managers, product managers, etc."
