"Love to work on new projects and new technologies as a Senior developer. But the project where we are it has all the old technologies. After 4 years I got a work to do something different but I am at onsite. Project can be manageable from onsite but no coding at onshore."

"I loved the people I worked with, That I was able to work independently & also still get awards and lead tech leadership creed awards and that even tho your supervisors, managers Etc, are in another state they still know and keep track and give you the credit you deserve when you get things done right. The only down side of this role was breaking the old servers once you have migrated & made sure the new servers were working which would get very dusty at times & could easily get cut yourself."
