"Send all middle management (up to VP level) for management classes. Treat employees with the dignity and respect they deserve. Don't sell out your team members to make yourself look good."

"I liked the people, very close knit. Career movements were presenting themselves but diminished with the downsizing of the Automotive Companies which is our primary source."

"Keep an open mind. There are no stupid people just mislead people."

"A majority of the people working there were twenty year plus with a stagnant mentality. We lacked leadership"
