"I liked the people, very close knit. Career movements were presenting themselves but diminished with the downsizing of the Automotive Companies which is our primary source."

"Keep an open mind. There are no stupid people just mislead people."

What don't you like about working at Schenck?

"A majority of the people working there were twenty year plus with a stagnant mentality. We lacked leadership"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Never get comfortable and keep moving forward. There is always new ideas and you can't be on the lower rungs of the ladder."
