"I disliked the inflexible attitude of supervisors, occasionally, which caused stagnation for me."

"It would be nice if they mean what they say, which is a hard thing at any workplace to expect!!"

"I am generally stuck behind a desk most of every day. When I worked in manufacturing I was interacting with all levels of the team and doing more hands on work. I miss that haivng left manfacturing and would like to have the opportunity to do that again."
