"I would put more emphasis on flexibility rather than just giving it a pass."

"What's on paper is not reality. What really counts is only what happens inside a few partner's offices."

"Chaotic, secretive. We go around customers reviewing and rebuilding their processes, but we can't or don't bother to make things work in our own office."

"Better organizing my schedule, trusting more my senior managers, using more the chain of command instead of jumping around the organization."

"Work smart. You will be able to develop things (excel spreadsheets, powerpoint templates, etc) that will help you get the job done faster. Be sure to collaborate with your peers!"

"Repetitive work for government clients. Doesn't foster creativity in the public sector."

"Break down the culture of 'pyramid'. Ideas usually come down from the top which tends to stifle creativity."
