"All projects are different. Any support where you are lacking are provided to you at your own pace and strength. Deliverables and deadlines are tough to meet, and they will be met, thanks to the bench of SME at the ready. I have missed one deadline and it was due to client and his 'scope creep'. The client was warned and the client ignored advice."

"There's not much to like about Daugherty honestly. Their hiring practices are misleading and they have little to no regard for their employees."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will be grilled and judged extensively. Be prepared. Your in person interview will be based soley on your appearance and presentation of yourself, not your skills. If you don't fit the mold you don't get the job."
What don't you like about working at Daugherty Business Solutions?
"No bonuses. When hired you're told that the bonus is that you get paid overtime for any hours over 40. If your project doesn't allow overtime you get no bonus. Since when is working more than 40 hours a week a 'bonus' anyway"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give people a real bonus for their merit. Quit micromanaging projects at the executive level. Its ridiculous!"

"Don't hold back on your accomplishments and if you have your MBA you should be a shoe in."

"There is not sense of team or corporate culture. No one knows anyone and managers are not involved with staff."

"Managers need to engage with their people and get to know them by name. There needs to be more of an effort to provide an environment where people feel invested in the company once again."
