"The company is all about relationships, both internal and external. Focus on knowledge of your area and have the soft skills to maintain good communication lines."

"I don't like that the company is geared toward the senior workers. There is little vertical mobility unless you go the business route."

"Nothing special, Accenture is well known worldwide. In Italy there are some specific aspects I don't like too much."

"So many management levels that sometimes cover your real work. They have the visibility you have only to work and hope someone will say it was done with your time."
