"Don't if you are looking into the Mortgage Software. Other divisions operate differently try one of them."

"Unrealistic expections."

"The undercurrent that if they could get rid of the Bothell office they would. Upper management did not hide the fact they did not want the Bothell office as part of the merger. Made it hard to stay focused when you felt no value."

"Please help make employees happy because if they are not happy, they will not work to their full potential and this can cause a serious conflict to achieving the enterprise vision."

"IBM has changed a lot over the term of my employment. I miss manufacturing."

"The compensation package was good, most of my time there I was learning new skills as well as fulfilling my job duties."

"Be young and aggressive."

"The company had moved far too much of its production outside of the company to mainly vendors. There seems to be a lack of focus on core values and company strategy for the future."

"Stop paying corporate officers so much and put more focus on the strategic horizon instead of next quarter."
