"I worked at Kaiser in Patient Business Services since 1996 and was able to start with a temporary title and grew to Sr. Business Analyst. I gained a lot of good experience."
What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"The EPIC EHR Project once deployment forced lay off of 100's of employees within 1.5 years of deployment."
What don't you like about working at ServiceLink?
"Travel distance (2 hrs per day). My direct supervisor kept changing, and I was brought in to do one job/position, but was placed into another."

"Bank of America is a fantastic organization to be a part of. I would encourage anyone to apply."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"Work flexibility. We work three 13-16 hour days and have four days off. It is a wonderful schedule."

"Keep an opened mind about new and challenging opportunities. Training is a strong function for all new hires."

"The pressure of our job can be overwhelming at times - if we are working on a high severity problem which impacts upward of hundreds to thousands of associates or customers."

"Keep doing what you are doing. It is a fantastic organization to be a part of."

"High turnover. Poor work/life balance. Business side directors and managers not always qualified or capable."
