"The company wasn't actually the ARS side. I was working in Aon Corporation. I wish I was working on the ARS side."

"Be extremely humble and subservient if you are interviewing for an Aon Corporation role. The ARS side tends to be more entrepreneurial."

"I kept getting told my problem was I knew too much about the business."
