"Please choose some other options. Unfortunately if you have to take the job, be prepared for a chaotic work culture and projects without any plans and extended work hours without pay. Be ready to take the blame for everything even if you are not responsible. Horrible project management. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PAY ON TIME AND SOMETIMES FOR MONTHS."

What don't you like about working at GalaxE.Solutions?

"Work timings. They over-exploit the work force and do not pay. No project planning at all. No standards in the coding and the process. Horrible project management. No HR practices. No team building exercises. Lot of in-fighting which leads to failure of the projects. Meaningless selection of work force without qualifications and no software (work) knowledge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"PAY PEOPLE ON TIME. Choose qualified and talented work force and get rid of egoistic people who are not team players. Have Business Analysts with some technical knowledge and work experience. Have good project managers with better temperament. Have a good project plan."

"Organize your time wisely; try to be one step ahead and make your job fun."

What don't you like about working at Intria Items?

"There weren't any issues that I didn't like within my immediate area. Projects were assigned equally to team members."

"Management has dual roles to perform, mentor team and ensure clear understanding of the organizations vision."

"Be sure to have clarity of the intent of the department you will work for."

"The culture there was very vibrant. They were a very family oriented company that allowed employees to bring their families in for lunch. They had afmily events throughout the year that made the overall environment very relaxed and enjoyable."

"Just relax and be yourself. They are a group very talented professionals that all work extremely hard."

"I do not have any suggestions at this time. There is nothing that I can say negatively about this company."

"When it comes to shared resouces then you're in trouble and you need to be good manager to resolve the issues"

"My position at Chase Card Services provided a diverse work environment, which allowed me to strategically influence the growth and profitability of the company. I appreciate that they acknowledge and reward accomplishments, as when I was given the honor of becoming employee of the year in 2005."

"I have found that my success with Chase was founded upon my ability to identify areas for improvement within and outside of my department, and by making the appropriate changes in the process, resulting in measurable improvement. Show them that your objective is to make the company more profitable and more reliable, while maintaining their high standards of honesty and integrity."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"Shortly after Chase purchased Washington Mutual, they made a business decision to close the card services division and lay off thousands of individuals, including myself. I do appreciate that they chose me as part of the transition team, keeping me employed until the very end and rewarding me with a generous severance package."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to encourage associates at all levels within the company to identify process enhancements and reward their performance accordingly."
