"The big complaint is the amount of monitoring of you and your computer system. It gets in the way of doing your work. It's frustrating as heck. You are being watched continuously and it grinds on you after awhile. A second note, the transfer of information goes one way. To Korea. Trying to get information from the engineers there, almost impossible. So much for teamwork. These items are why I give it a 2 rating. This crap comes down from the management in Korea. My boss was a fine person."

"Do not go for one. You will be run into the ground if you have ideas. You will never be as good as a Korean."

What don't you like about working at Samsung?

"There is no trust, and Ex Pats from Korea are always treated better. Systems from Korea that clearly do not work are used because it is from HQ and it works there for the drones."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Integrate with companies outside Korea. Try employing women in senior positions. Try promoting internally, not just bringing in another ex-consultant every time."
