"Don't take the job - chances are you will hate it, unless you're Korean, and then maybe you'll fit in. Expect crap pay and long hours - if you don't like that, then quit now. If they tell you to take the crap pay but it gets better, chances are it doesn't get better. You will either be stuck with the same pay or a tiny increase next year, depending on how much ass you could kiss."

"The culture is way too different. People are rude and inconsiderate, and working with some other employees is difficult."

"Make employees happier, and have more proactive and caring managers."
