"Try to realize that proper planning and well-informed decision-making at the onset of a project will eliminate the need to make major changes late in the production process. This will ultimately save precious time and money, avoiding the need to rush production to meet a deadline and cut corners on materials, supplies and tools in order to stay on budget."
